Job summary

Betfred Group Holdings Limited is recruiting for an enthusiastic Assistant Sales Manager to join our retail shops in the UK. You’ll deliver excellent customer service, learn our processes, and complete a structured training programme to be ready to open and close Betfred shops.

You will join a team focused on creating a welcoming, responsible customer experience while supporting promotions and daily shop operations. A strong interest in sports and betting is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable handling cash accurately and securely.
• Interest in sports, betting and gaming is a plus.
• Ability to engage and assist customers of diverse backgrounds.
• Willingness to learn and develop within the Betfred family.

Responsibilities

• Process customers’ bets in a timely and accurate manner.
• Attend to customer queries quickly and knowledgeably.
• Engage customers with knowledge of products and promotions.
• Support promotional events throughout the sporting calendar.
• Maintain a welcoming and well-presented shop environment.
• Be a team player and collaborate to improve the customer experience.
• Handle cash transactions with care and accuracy.
• Follow Think 25 and age verification processes.
