You will be part of a structured training programme, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service, handling bets, and upholding responsible gambling practices while promoting promotions and events.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Passion for sports, betting and gaming is beneficial but not essential.

• Process customers’ bets in a timely and attentive manner.
• Attend to all customer queries quickly and knowledgeably.
