Job summary

Betfred is seeking a motivated Retail Assistant Sales Manager to join our shop teams. You will help deliver a welcoming, responsible customer experience across our betting and gaming offerings, while supporting promotional events and maintaining a high-street presence.

You will undergo a structured training programme and progress toward opening and closing Betfred shops, developing product knowledge and customer service skills in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to engage customers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a team mindset.
• A passion for sports, betting and gaming is beneficial but not essential.

• Process customer bets accurately and promptly.
• Attend to customer queries quickly and knowledgeably.
