Job summary

First Financial Bank is seeking an incumbent for Teller and/or Personal Banker duties. The role involves frequent face-to-face customer contact and providing full banking services including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and account management.

Responsibilities include selling bank products, accurately processing transactions, and participating in training. Flexible hours and occasional travel to training regions may be required to support branch operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree or 12 months of customer contact and sales experience preferred.
• Banking experience is a plus; strong customer relations and sales abilities.
• Proficient in Word/Excel; ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and speed.
• Willingness to work flexible or extended hours; periodic travel for training may be required.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits and withdrawals per bank policy.
• Provide customer service by selling and servicing account products.
• Cross-train in image capture processes and related duties.
• Communicate effectively with customers and bank staff to deliver full banking services.
• Travel to Abilene or other regions for training as needed; Saturday/holiday hours may apply.
