Job summary

Webster Bank, a division of Santander Bank, N.A., is seeking a Relationship Banker I to serve Banking Center customers and help the team reach sales, service, and operational goals. Qualifications

• 3-4 years customer service and needs-based banking sales experience preferred
• Ability to work a flexible and/or rotating schedule; weekends/extended hours; travel may be required
• Self-starter and highly motivated with working knowledge of all products and services
• Keeps current with systems used for branch transaction processing
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Responds to customers' needs in a timely fashion and capitalizes on available resources
• Evaluates client needs and offers appropriate financial products through needs-based conversations
• Perform routine teller transactions and support bank initiatives to drive growth
• Aim to exceed both individual and team goals in sales, service and operations
• Maintain compliance with regulations and bank policies; support audits and evaluations
