Responsibilities

• Partners with teams to provide financial center clients with consumer and small business solutions and services.
• Educates and trains clients on self-service transactions.
• Uses resources and processes to optimize client experience and accuracy.
• Follows processes, laws and guidelines for day-to-day activities (opening accounts, maintenance, Digital Assisted Shopping).
• Manages client interactions and adheres to regulatory requirements.
