Qualifications

Be available to work full-time from July 2027.
Have achieved, or be on track to achieve, a 2:1 Undergraduate degree classification or above.
Fluent in English.
Legally permitted to work in the UK for the full duration of the programme and beyond the end date without HSBC sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Rotate through customer, digital, commercial and delivery teams to build the skills needed to shape better banking.
Explore complaints, disputes, fraud or Premier customer experiences and turn themes into practical problem statements.
In Digital Channels, diagnose friction using customer journey and data insights to support digital adoption.
Work with business management teams to understand commercial priorities, track KPIs and measure value.
Help delivery and strategic execution teams land safe, responsible change at pace.
Across Retail Banking, collaborate to make banking simpler, smarter and more customer-focused.
