Job summary

New Balance is seeking in-store associates in Watford to engage, educate and entertain customers from entry to exit, delivering total customer satisfaction. You will help keep the store commercial and follow company guidelines, delivering friendly service and support.

We seek a team player with a passion for retail and sales, who is flexible to work weekends and holidays, and capable of basic maths and retail processes; opportunities for growth include staff discounts and development.

• Perform other duties that are required from the management team
