Job summary

New Balance is seeking a store associate to engage, educate and entertain customers from entry to exit. You will support the store team to achieve personal KPIs while delivering exceptional customer experiences across our European locations.

The role requires a passion for retail, strong communication, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Team player with ability to work in a retail team.
• Retail experience is desirable or proven experience in a team environment.
• Customer service skills are required.
• A passion for retail and sales is essential.
• Desire to learn and grow within the role.
• Ability to perform basic maths and manage general retail processes.
• Understanding of POS register systems.
• Effective communication skills are required.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store following company procedures.
• Support Store Management on store and back-of-house standards.
• Assist in training and coaching associates to hit personal KPIs.
• Deliver total customer satisfaction along the end-to-end customer journey.
• Help keep the store commercially aligned with company guidelines.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain health, safety, and environmental standards in store.
• Perform additional duties as required by management.

• Deliver total customer satisfaction to every customer, following the end-to-end customer journey – from entering the store to leaving the store
• Help to ensure the store remains commercial as possible following company guidelines
• Adhere to company’s policies and procedures
• Responsible for maintaining health, safety, and environmental standards in store
• Perform other duties that as required from the management team

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:
