Job summary

New Balance is seeking enthusiastic retail associates to engage, educate and entertain customers from the moment they enter the store. You will drive customer satisfaction, hit personal KPIs and support the store’s performance while following company policies and safety standards.

The role offers development opportunities, a generous staff discount, and a flexible uniform package across our European locations, with weekends/holidays as part of the schedule.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES

• To achieve personal KPIs and contribute to overall store performance
• Deliver total customer satisfaction to every customer, following the end-to-end customer journey – from entering the store to leaving the store
• Help to ensure the store remains as commercial as possible following company guidelines
• Adhere to company’s policies and procedures
• Responsible for maintaining health, safety, and environmental standards in store
• Perform other duties that are required from the management team
