You will oversee stock, merchandising, budget delivery, and customer service while fostering a positive, results-driven environment aligned with our values.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or management experience in retail or customer-facing roles.
• Experience managing stock, merchandising, and hitting commercial targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, including sales and stock control.
• Ability to interpret financial data and manage budgets.
• Solid IT skills and knowledge of Health & Safety and GDPR.
• Natural leader capable of motivating and developing others.
• Proactive, approachable, and solution-focused with a team mindset.
