Mole Valley Farmers in Redhill is seeking a proactive Retail Supervisor to lead from the front, support the team and drive excellent customer service in a busy retail environment.

The part-time role (32 hours per week, 4 days on a rota) offers a permanent contract, training and progression opportunities, and eligible benefits including pension, staff discounts, and on-site parking. An AMTRA qualification (or willingness to work towards it) is essential and training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience in retail or customer-facing environments.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, stock control and customer service.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills; able to lead and engage teams.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in delivering sales budgets and business plans.
• Drive sales through merchandising and stock control.
• Lead daily team organisation, rotas and task delegation.
