duties include managing day-to-day operations, stock, and budgets, with a focus on strong leadership, service excellence, and compliance. The role is full-time, 40 hours weekly, on-site, with a rota-based schedule.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a retail or customer-facing environment.
• Experience managing stock, merchandising, and delivering commercial targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of retail operations including sales, stock control, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and inspire the team in day-to-day store operations.
• Drive store sales and margin through innovative thinking and local promotions.
• Collaborate on budget creation and delivery of the store's business plan.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards and stock availability are maintained.
• Lead seasonal promotions and local events with customer focus.
