Mole Valley Farmers is seeking a confident Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in Dorchester. This permanent, full-time role involves leading by example, inspiring the team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will cover the Store Manager in their absence, ensuring smooth daily operations and strong performance. The position requires a proactive, solutions-focused leader with excellent communication skills and a passion for retail.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience in retail or customer-facing environments.
• Experience managing stock, merchandising, and delivering commercial targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
