You will drive the customer experience, maximise stock availability and deliver an inspiring visual merchandising (VM) and service culture, coaching colleagues to reach their potential and uphold high standards across the store.

Qualifications

• Previous retail management experience within a volume retailer.
• Proven track record of delivering high standards and KPI's.
• Strong customer engagement and service.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with data interpretation skills.
• Ability to develop others.
