Qualifications

• Experience in a retail management or supervisory role such as Assistant Store Manager or Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager with daily operations to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Lead and guide colleagues on the shop floor, allocate tasks, support service delivery, and uphold standards.
• Coach and develop teammates with real-time feedback and clear expectations.
• Maintain high presentation and operational standards including availability, pricing accuracy, tidy displays, and a safe environment.
• Carry out cash handling, till checks, delivery processing, stock audits, and opening/closing routines.
