Job summary

Superdrug in Wimborne is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading a team, driving sales, and delivering excellent customer service. This full-time role is 39 hours per week with a flexible shift pattern across mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

You’ll recruit and motivate staff, manage stock and merchandising, run audits and budgets, and create a welcoming store environment.

• 1+ years in retail management.

• Results-driven mindset with targets.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services (optional).

The Role

As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll work alongside the Store Manager to:

• Recruit, inspire & motivate a passionate team to exceed targets.

• Ensure operational excellence, including audits, budgets, and stock management.

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience in retail management, ideally 1+ years
• Passion for customer service & sales.
• Strong decision-making & problem-solving skills.
• A results-driven mindset with a love for hitting targets.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers - with full training provided (Optional)
