Job summary

Superdrug Stores plc in New Milton is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to work with the Store Manager, guiding a team of colleagues and driving store performance. 39 hours per week with a full-time pattern across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.

Salary up to £31,400 per annum, with benefits and career growth opportunities. You will recruit and develop the team, drive sales through promotions and merchandising, and maintain stock control and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail management, ideally 1+ years.
• Passion for customer service & sales.
• Strong decision-making & problem-solving skills.
• A results-driven mindset with a love for hitting targets.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for customers – with full training provided (Optional).
