Superdrug Stores plc in Bournemouth is seeking an Assistant Store Manager Designate who will travel between area stores to support leadership and grow into a permanent role.

You will recruit and coach teams, drive sales through promotions and merchandising, and ensure stock control and operational excellence, with full training provided and UK driving licence preferred.

Qualifications

• Bringing fresh ideas from your previous experience in retail management, ideally 1+ years
• Passion for customer service & sales.
• Strong decision-making & problem-solving skills.
• A results-driven mindset with a love for hitting targets.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers – with full training provided (Optional)
• This role involves travel across stores in the area; therefore, a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred.

Location:Base store: Unit J West Mall, Castlepoint Shopping Park, Bournemouth, Dorset BH8 9UY GBR

DesignateRole – willingto travel within 1 hour of your base store until assigned apermanent location.

Hours per Week:39hours
Shift pattern:Full-time -flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends,will be discussed further at interview.
Salary:Up to£31,500 per annum
