Job summary

Superdrug on Derby Street Leek is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to work with the Store Manager to lead a team and deliver outstanding customer service while achieving sales targets.

You will recruit, motivate and coach colleagues, drive promotions, manage stock and budgets, and maintain best-in-class store standards to create a welcoming shopping environment.

• Experience in retail management, ideally 1+ years.

Hours per week: 39 hours

Shift pattern: Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, we can discuss this further at interview.

Salary: Up to £31,600 Per Annum

The Role

As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll work alongside the Store Manager to:
