Job summary

Superdrug in Leeds is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to work closely with the Store Manager. You will recruit and motivate a team to exceed targets, drive sales through promotions and merchandising, and maintain stock control.

You will create a lively environment for customers and colleagues while ensuring smooth operations, audits, and budgeting. Full-time with flexible shifts; salary up to £31,600 per year.

• Strong customer service and sales mindset.
• Good decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Results-driven with track record of hitting targets.
• Willingness to undergo training for piercing services (optional).

Location: Unit 4b Birstall Shopping Park, Leeds WF17 9DT
Hours per Week: 39 hours
Shift pattern: Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, we can discuss this further at interview.
Salary: Up to £31,600 per annum

The Role

As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll work alongside the Store Manager to:

• Recruit, inspire & motivate a passionate team to exceed targets.
• Drive sales through promotions, excellent merchandising, and stock control.
• Create a fun, engaging environment for both customers and colleagues.
• Ensure operational excellence, including audits, budgets, and stock management.

• Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers - with full training provided (Optional)
