Job summary

Superdrug Stores in Minehead is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to work alongside the Store Manager, lead a passionate team and drive sales while delivering excellent customer service. You will recruit, inspire and motivate staff to exceed targets, manage promotions, merchandising and stock control, and uphold operational excellence including audits, budgets and stock management.

This full-time role offers 39 hours per week, with flexible shift patterns across mornings, afternoons, evenings

Qualifications

• Previous retail management experience (1+ years).
• Passion for customer service and sales.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Results-driven mindset with a track record of hitting targets.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for customers (training provided).

Hours per Week: 39 hours

Shift pattern: Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, we can discuss this further at interview.

Salary: Up to £31,600 Per Annum
