Job summary

Superdrug is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a team at our Bangor location. You will recruit, coach and motivate staff to exceed sales targets, manage promotions, merchandising and stock, and maintain operational excellence across audits, budgets and inventory. A flexible full-time pattern supports mornings to weekends.

• 1+ years of retail management experience.

Location: Unit 16a, Bloomfield Shopping Centre & Retail Park, Bangor, Down BT17 7HB

Hours per Week: 39 hours

Shift pattern: Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, we can discuss this further at interview.

Salary: Up to £31,600 Per Annum

The Role
