Job summary

Superdrug in St Neots is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to work alongside the Store Manager. You’ll recruit, inspire and motivate a passionate team to exceed targets while delivering excellent customer service and driving sales.

You’ll oversee merchandising, stock control, budgets and audits, and create a fun, engaging environment for customers and colleagues. This full‑time role offers a competitive salary up to £31,600 per year, 39 hours per week, 33 days annual leave, 30% staff discount

Shift pattern: Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, we can discuss this further at interview.

The Role

As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll work alongside the Store Manager to:

• Recruit, inspire & motivate a passionate team to exceed targets.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

• Previous experience in retail management, ideally 1+ years

• A results-driven mindset with a love for hitting targets.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers – with full training provided (Optional)
