Job summary

Superdrug in Kilmarnock is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to work with the Store Manager to lead a passionate team and deliver excellent customer service. You will drive sales through promotions, strong merchandising, and stock control, while creating a fun, engaging environment for customers and colleagues.

The role requires retail management experience and a target-driven mindset with a willingness to offer piercing services after training.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience, ideally 1+ years.
• Passion for customer service and sales.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Results-driven mindset with a love for hitting targets.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers - with full training provided (Optional).

Shift pattern

Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, we can discuss this further at interview.

Salary

Up to £36,000 Per Annum
