Job summary

Superdrug Stores plc in Harlow is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to work alongside the Store Manager. You will recruit and lead a team to exceed targets, drive sales through promotions, and ensure great merchandising and stock control.

You’ll create a welcoming environment for customers and colleagues, while maintaining audits, budgets and stock processes. Hours are 39 per week, full-time with flexible shifts across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail management, ideally 1+ years.
• Passion for customer service and sales.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
