Superdrug is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Reading to work alongside the Store Manager and lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales.

You will recruit, train, and motivate staff, manage merchandising and stock, and ensure operational excellence with audits and budgets. A personable leader with a track record in retail management is ideal for this role.

• Previous experience in retail management, ideally 1+ years.
• Passion for customer service & sales.
• Strong decision-making & problem-solving skills.
• A results-driven mindset with a love for hitting targets.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers - with full training provided (Optional)

Location: Unit 2 55/59 Broad Street, Reading, Berkshire RG1 2AF

Hours per Week: 39 hours

Shift pattern: Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, we can discuss this further at interview.

Salary: Up to £32,600 Per Annum
