Job summary

Superdrug is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for The Broadway, London to lead a team, recruit, and motivate staff to exceed targets. You will drive sales through promotions, merchandising and stock control, while creating a fun environment for customers and colleagues.

The role requires retail management experience and a passion for service. You’ll ensure operational excellence with audits, budgets and stock management, in a full-time capacity at 39 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail management, ideally 1+ years.
• Passion for customer service & sales.
• Strong decision-making & problem-solving skills.
• A results-driven mindset with a love for hitting targets.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for customers – with training provided (Optional).

Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, we can discuss this further at interview.
