Job summary

Superdrug Stores plc is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to work alongside the Store Manager, helping recruit and lead a team to exceed targets. You will drive sales through promotions, merchandising, and stock control, while creating a welcoming environment for customers and staff.

We value experience in retail management, strong customer service, and a proactive, target-driven mindset. There is optional training for piercing services and a comprehensive rewards package is offered.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail management, ideally 1+ years.
• Passion for customer service & sales.
• Strong decision-making & problem-solving skills.
• A results-driven mindset with a love for hitting targets.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers – with full training provided (Optional)

Location: 38-40 Church Street, Warrenpoint Newry, Warrenpoint, Down BT34 3HN GBR

Hours per Week: 39 hours

Shift pattern: Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, we can discuss this further at interview.

Salary: Up to £31,600 Per Annum
