Job summary

REISS is seeking a Business Applications Support Analyst to monitor and improve critical systems across our retail platforms. You’ll investigate incidents, manage data integrity, and document workflows to ensure reliable data and processes.

You’ll work with Microsoft Power Platform tools, BI, data pipelines and integrations, partnering with IT and business stakeholders to deliver efficient, reproducible improvements and high-quality support.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting retail IT business systems in a multi-channel environment.
• Proficient with Power Platform and automated workflows.
• Ability to handle datasets, data manipulation and correction.
• Knowledge of API integrations and SaaS data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Monitor business applications, integrations and data integrity.
• Investigate incidents and own resolution through to closure.
• Build knowledge of Reiss systems, including Business Central and Power Platform.
• Follow ITIL-aligned processes and communicate with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with partners to investigate issues and implement fixes.
• Maintain clear documentation for apps, integrations and scripts.
