Job summary

New Look is seeking an Applications Services Analyst to support Retail, Corporate and Trading applications, ensuring availability and resilience across the estate. You’ll investigate incidents, coordinate service restoration and work with internal teams and suppliers to deliver continuous improvements.

You’ll collaborate across platforms including Oracle RMS, Enactor POS, cloud-hosted services and data platforms, with responsibilities spanning incident, problem and change activities.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise applications in a complex IT environment.
• Experience with Retail applications and POS systems such as Enactor and Oracle RMS is desirable.
• Experience with cloud-hosted and SaaS apps and working with third-party MSPs.

Responsibilities

• Provide Application Services support for Retail, Corporate and Trading apps and escalate incidents from the Service Desk.
• Investigate and resolve complex operational issues across the application landscape.
• Coordinate service restoration with internal teams and third-party suppliers.
