Reiss Limited is seeking a Business Applications Support Analyst to monitor and improve core systems, data flows and automations across the business. You will manage incidents, support API integrations and contribute to efficiency improvements using Power Platform tools.

The role requires flexible shifts and cross-functional collaboration with IT and the wider business, including external partners. A proactive, detail‑oriented approach and strong communication are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Experience supporting retail IT systems in a multi-channel environment.
• Hands-on with Power Platform and automated workflows.
• Experience with API integrations and data pipelines.
• Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Monitor business applications, integrations and data integrity, ensuring daily checks meet SLAs.
• Investigate incidents, own issues to resolution and escalate when needed.
• Build knowledge of Reiss business apps (Business Central, Power Platform, Alteryx, Google BigQuery).
• Maintain clear documentation for applications, data flows and scripts.
