Job summary

TRIA, a leading retailer, is seeking an Application Support Analyst to join its Application Services team, supporting a range of business-critical retail, trading and corporate applications.

You'll investigate and resolve incidents, support major incidents, monitor integrations and data feeds, and work with internal teams and third-party suppliers to keep services available and resilient.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve application incidents and service requests.
• Support major incidents and coordinate service restoration.
• Monitor applications, integrations, APIs, reporting feeds and batch processes.
• Work with suppliers and internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
• Support new systems and projects transitioning into BAU.
• Drive service improvements, automation and operational excellence.
