Job summary

Sodexo Group in Warminster is looking for a Retail & Café Assistant to join a busy team. This role is 20 hours per week over 5 days out of 7, with shifts from 06:30 to 21:00. You’ll deliver friendly service, operate tills, stock shelves, and support promotions while upholding food safety and presentation standards.

You must be 18+ to sell age-restricted products; full training is provided. A flexible, customer-focused attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential.

• Willingness to learn about products and share knowledge with customers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, welcoming and efficient customer service.
• Operate tills accurately and handle customer transactions with confidence.
• Receive deliveries, replenish stock and rotate products correctly.
• Support promotions and loyalty initiatives to drive customer engagement.
• Keep retail and café areas clean, tidy and inviting.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and responsible retailing standards, including checking ID where required.
