Job summary

Forward Role partner with a major retailer in Greater Manchester to recruit a Retail Marketing & Activations Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role is hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 remote) and leads the retail marketing plan across the estate, shaping campaigns, windows and activations to drive commercial growth.

You will manage a team of three and collaborate with Retail, Merchandising, VM, Brand and Creative to optimise the customer experience and store performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in multi-site retail marketing (fashion/outdoor/sports etc.)
• Strong commercial understanding of retail marketing impact on store performance
• Proven experience delivering campaigns, POS, windows, activations and customer communications

Responsibilities

• Lead the retail marketing plan across the estate, translating seasonal campaigns into in-store activity
• Oversee windows, POS, print, production, local marketing and activations, ensuring timely delivery
• Collaborate with Retail Operations, Merchandising, VM, Brand and Creative to improve customer experience
• Use store performance data and customer insight to identify opportunities and measure impact
• Lead and develop a team of three, setting priorities across Retail Marketing, POS and Production
