Job summary

Dobbies Garden Centres Ltd is seeking a Restaurant Team Leader to oversee daily restaurant operations in our Lisburn location, delivering excellent customer experiences and mentoring the Restaurant Customer Advisors. You will support the management team and help drive sales while upholding food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role in hospitality.
• Supervisory experience in a fast-paced setting.
• Passion for food and guest experience.
• Food safety qualifications are an advantage but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Supporting and coaching staff and deputising for management in their absence.
• Providing excellent customer service across the restaurant.
• Ensuring staff efficiency and high service levels across stations.
• Driving sales through customer interactions and promoting Dobbies Club benefits.
• Ensuring compliance with restaurant procedures and standards.
• Assisting with allergies and dietary requirements through product knowledge.
• Maintaining restaurant cleanliness and upkeep with the team.
• Taking on keyholder responsibilities when required.
