Dobbies Garden Centres Ltd. is seeking a Restaurant Team Leader to guide service across our restaurant and support the management team in delivering a superb customer experience.

You will coach staff, maintain high standards of food hygiene, and drive sales through customer interactions and Dobbies Club membership. Join a fast-paced, team-driven environment where a passion for food and hospitality, reliability, and excellent customer service are celebrated.

Formación

• Experience within a customer facing role and a passion for hospitality, as well as supervisory experience.
• You work with your team to maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the restaurant.
• You’ll have a passion for food and hospitality and for delivering a great customer experience.

Responsabilidades

• Supporting and coaching staff and deputising for management in their absence
• Giving great customer service by helping customers with various transactions
• Work alongside the team, ensuring staff efficiency and high service levels
• Driving sales through customer interactions and promoting Dobbies Club membership
• Ensuring compliance with Restaurant Operational procedures and company guidelines
• Assisting customers with queries using product knowledge, allergies and dietary requirements
• Some keyholder responsibilities may be required
• Collaborating with team to deliver fast-paced service
