Our Restaurant Team Leaders

play an essential role in delivering an exceptional customer experience across our Restaurants - delivering tasty food, ensuring food hygiene, mentoring our Restaurant Customer Advisors, and supporting the management team.

Responsibilities

1. Supporting and coaching other staff members and deputising for management in their absence
2. Providing excellent customer service by assisting customers with various transactions
3. Collaborating with the team to ensure staff efficiency, covering all stations effectively, and maintaining high service standards
4. Driving sales through customer interactions and promoting the Dobbies Club membership benefits
5. Ensuring compliance with operational procedures, monitoring standards, and following company guidelines
6. Assisting customers with queries using high-quality product knowledge, including allergies and dietary requirements
7. Maintaining cleanliness and upkeep of the restaurant
8. Potentially holding keyholder responsibilities

Who we are looking for

• A passion for food, hospitality, and delivering a great customer experience with a friendly attitude
• Experience in a customer-facing role and supervisory experience
• Relevant food safety qualifications are advantageous but not essential
