Hotel Indigo K West Shepherd’s Bush is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to lead service, motivate the team, and uphold high standards in our pre-opening dining concept.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as restaurant supervisor in fast-paced settings.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the service: take charge of your shift and ensure smooth, friendly service.
• Motivate the team: support training and junior staff development.
• Own the details: oversee table settings, reservations, opening/closing procedures, and stock control.
• Support the guests: be the point of contact for feedback and requests with warmth and professionalism.
• Keep things moving: coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to maintain flow and resolve issues.
