Job summary

Hotel Indigo K West Shepherd’s Bush is seeking a Reception Supervisor to lead a Front of House team on the floor, ensuring smooth check-ins, warm welcomes, and standout service that reflects our neighbourhood energy.

You’ll oversee 40-hour weekly shifts across a 5-day rota, coach front desk staff, manage guest enquiries, and uphold SOPs and IHG standards to deliver an unforgettable guest journey.

Qualifications

• Front Office or Reception experience in a hotel or lifestyle property.
• Supervisory or shift leader experience.
• Knowledge of hotel systems (Opera Cloud preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage priorities during busy shifts.
• Flexible nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Attention to detail and passion for great service.

Responsibilities

• Be the point of calm: Oversee the Front of House during your shift, supporting the team with check-ins, check-outs, luggage support, guest enquiries, and handling any issues with efficiency and empathy.
