Job summary

Hotel Indigo K West Shepherd’s Bush is seeking a Restaurant and Events Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of our vibrant restaurant and meeting spaces. You’ll manage service from breakfast through to evening, coordinate standout events, and mentor a talented team to deliver memorable guest experiences.

You’ll work closely with Sales and Events to maximise bookings, control costs, and uphold brand standards while creating a warm neighbourhood atmosphere that reflects our hotel’s character.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a busy restaurant or events space in a hotel or lifestyle venue.
• Hands-on leadership with a focus on team development and guest experience.
• Experience coordinating and delivering events and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Own the floor and oversee seamless service from breakfast to evening.
• Deliver standout events by planning, coordinating and executing meetings and functions.
• Drive diary management with Sales/Events to maximize bookings and communications.
• Lead and train the team across outlets, promoting professionalism and creativity.
• Manage labour costs, service quality, upselling, and stock to protect profitability.
