Hotel Indigo Shepherd’s Bush is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to lead shifts, motivate a hospitality team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced setting.

You will oversee service flow, train junior staff, manage reservations, and coordinate with kitchen and bar to maintain smooth operations while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as restaurant supervisor or head waiter/waitress in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident leading a shift and supporting junior team members.
• Strong customer service instincts and communication skills.
• Eye for detail and a cool head under pressure.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for food, drink, and creating great guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the service: Take charge of your shift, ensuring the team delivers smooth, efficient and friendly service throughout.
• Motivate the team: Support training and development of junior staff, helping to build confidence and keep standards high.
• Own the details: Oversee table settings, reservation management, opening/closing procedures, and support with stock control.
• Support the guests: Be a point of contact for feedback, queries, and special requests, always with warmth and professionalism.
• Keep things moving: Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to keep service flowing and resolve any issues before they elevate.
