RBH is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor for Gotts Bar & Kitchen at The Met Leeds. You will lead the front-of-house team, delivering warm, engaging service and maintaining high standards to reflect the restaurant's character and RBH’s values.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within a fast-paced restaurant.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and inspire the team.
• Good knowledge of current food trends, service standards and menu offerings.
• Passion for cocktails and drinks with understanding of ingredients and techniques.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks while maintaining guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-of-house team across breakfast, lunch and dinner services.
• Maintain high service standards and ensure guests feel valued.
• Oversee daily operations, floor plans and service flow.
• Collaborate with Restaurant & Bar Manager to improve service and efficiency.
• Train and develop the team to deliver outstanding hospitality.

• Be the face of the restaurant with energy and style.
