Job Opportunity: Restaurant Supervisor

Wise Employment is currently recruiting an experienced Restaurant Supervisor for a luxury hotel in the Plymouth area. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Restaurant Manager to maximize sales performance and achieve sales targets.
• Follow all hotel policies as outlined in the training manual.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently to meet 5-star standards.
• Actively promote offers across the food and beverage range.
• Liaise with Operations and the General Manager to ensure clear communication across departments.
• Minimize complaints and handle issues professionally and promptly.
• Maintain accurate billing and ensure all payments are collected according to company policies.
• Observe and comply with cleaning schedules, health and safety, and food hygiene regulations.
• Ensure high standards of financial reporting and diligence.
• Foster good working relationships with all departments and communicate effectively throughout the hotel.
• Understand responsibilities related to Fire Procedures, Health and Safety, COSHH, Infection Control, and Emergency Aid.
