The role:

As a Sous Chef, you'll be a leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and teams alike. You'll be an expert in food quality and standards, using your knowledge to lead, engage, and inspire your team.

• Is passionate about supporting and developing their team to maintain high standards
• Has experience managing the line, planning shifts, and coaching on the go
• Supports food, health, safety standards, and understands financial performance including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs
