Job summary

Belton Woods Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort in Grantham is seeking a dedicated supervisor to lead a hospitality team and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

You’ll supervise and train staff in the food & beverage department, drive revenue by upselling promotions, and ensure high service standards in a fast-paced environment. A passion for wine knowledge and team motivation is essential.

What will I do?

Supervise and lead your team to deliver a high standard of guest experience. working together with your team you’ll drive revenue at every opportunity ensuring all team members have had the correct training to upsell and explain promotions to our guests.

• Ability of working in a professional, efficient, high quality, service-oriented operation
