Job summary

Belton Woods Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort, located in Grantham, is part of The QHotels Collection. We are seeking a capable supervisor to lead the hospitality team and ensure an outstanding guest experience across dining and beverage services.

You will motivate staff, train, upsell promotions, and maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment. The role requires a professional, service-oriented approach with a strong focus on quality and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory role in hospitality food & beverage.
• Ability to work in a professional, efficient, high quality, service-oriented operation.
• Good knowledge of wines and spirits.
• Excellent team motivator and team builder.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead your team to deliver a high standard of guest experience.
• Work with your team to drive revenue by upselling and explaining promotions to guests.
• Ensure the team are trained correctly and delivering consistent service.
