The QHotels Collection is seeking a capable supervisor at Oxford Belfry Hotel & Spa in Thame, bringing strong leadership to the food & beverage team. You will drive guest experience, ensure training, and coach staff to upsell promotions across dining outlets.

We value professionalism, a high standard of service, and a collaborative approach to delivering memorable experiences for guests at our 4-star property.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory role in a hospitality food & beverage department.
• Ability to work in a professional, efficient, high quality, service-oriented operation.
• A good knowledge on wines and spirits.
• Excellent team motivator and team builder.

What will I do?

Supervise and lead your team to deliver a high standard of guest experience. working together with your team you'll drive revenue at every opportunity ensuring all team members have had the correct training to upsell and explain promotions to our guests.
