Job summary

Franco Manca is seeking a proactive Supervisor in Brighton to lead daily restaurant operations in a fast-paced setting. You will mentor the team, deliver outstanding guest service, manage stock and rotas, and ensure health and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, delivering exceptional service to every guest.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Motivate and coach the team to achieve high performance and maintain our quality standards.
• Monitor stock levels, handle deliveries, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Assist in managing rotas, ensuring adequate staffing levels for peak times.
• Handle customer feedback professionally, resolving issues promptly and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with all food hygiene regulations.
