Franco Manca in the UK is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to be the right-hand person to the Restaurant Manager. You’ll steer the team, uphold exceptional service, and ensure every dish represents our sourdough pizza craft.

You’ll coach and develop staff, manage a busy shift, handle feedback, and monitor stock and rosters. Join us for growth, great perks, and a vibrant team culture across Franco Manca restaurants.

Qualificações

• Management or Supervisory experience in Hospitality or restaurants.
• Strong guest experience focus and leadership skills.
• Ability to motivate and develop a team in a fast-paced setting.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Restaurant Manager and lead the team on shift.
• Deliver amazing service and ensure every pizza leaves as a masterpiece.
• Inspire, coach and develop the team to thrive and grow with us.
• Handle busy periods, customer feedback and back-end operations.
• Monitor stock levels, staff schedules and balance the books.

What You’ll Do

• As an Assistant Manager, you’ll be the right-hand person to the Restaurant Manager, helping to steer the team and keep things running like clockwork.
• You’ll support the Manager in leading the restaurant, delivering amazing service, and ensuring every pizza that leaves the kitchen is a masterpiece.

What You’ll Bring To The Role
